Family search in England

I'm searching for my Grandfather who worked in Manchester , England in 1962. Possible surnames Lok, Lee and Chan. He went by the English name Fred. He worked in the Manfang restaurant and met my English Grandmother at the "international club" where foreign students from Manchester University would go. Apologies I only speak English.
